« Great house, good amenities, spacious rooms, two whole bathrooms. Kitchen has all you need for cooking, spacious dinning table and living room. Quiet, very near to Cahuita main street (about 600m away, a walkable distance). Overall great place to stay and enjoy Cahuita. »

« Les points faibles, La vaiselle et accessoirs de cuisine sont vraiment de base. Pas de couvecle sur les chaudrons, poele qui colle... Mais pour le reste, je recomande l'endroit. En commançcant par l'hote qui est très sympatique et disponible. l'extérieur est très beau et surtout directement sur le bord de la plage. À environs 15 minutes a pied par la plage des épiceries restaurant... Nous avons même eu un paresseux qui a passé la semaine avec nous dans un arbre, plein de papillons, grenouille......

« Highly recommend for your stay near Puerto Viejo! The property team is incredibly kind and communicative. The area is perfect, as it’s about 10 min drive from the main town so a bit quieter but still with things to do. It’s on a side road with a path directly to the beach. They even had beach chairs and towels which came in handy. When we had a small issue with the dryer, they sent someone right away. I honestly wish we had more time in Costa Rica just to relax on the property! »

« Beautiful Caribbean style property across the street from the beach. The master bedroom bungalow and upstairs bedrooms have AC and we had no issues with the bedroom without as it stayed cool with the provided fans. Property has all the basic amenities and is very comfortable. Easy drive to Playa Cocles and Puerto Viejo for groceries etc. I would definitely recommend! »

« This was a nice place to stay and was close to everything without being in the middle of it. Lots of restaurants walking distance and in between 2 towns if you need to get something. The beach is directly across the street. This street is the only road on this coast so it can get a little busy/noisy. House only holds 4 at most but if you had a few friends staying around this would be a great place to meet up cook meals and walk to the beach. Biggest drawback is no A/C so if your not use to...

« After a busy week touring Monteverde and Arenal, our stay at this house on Playa Negra was a much needed restful few days at the beach. Loved the proximity to the beach to pop over the street when we wanted as well as the relaxing sounds of the waves and ocean from the expansive balcony and all the delicious restaurants nearby. House was clean, beautifully furnished and well set up with everything we needed, even a few beach chairs and boogie boards and noodles. Only thing I hadn’t truly focused...

« We loved our stay at Casa Duna. The location is perfect, walking distance to Playa Chiquita and a short ride or drive to Playa Uya. « The house itself is very cool. They layout, design and materials used to build this house are great. We were amazed that no bugs ever came in considering there are no glass windows or screens (just open air windows with wood shutters).
