Es waren unvergessliche Tage in einem wunderbaren Haus mit allem was man sich nur wünschen kann. Bei der Ankunft gab es einen Blumenstrauß mit einer persönlichen Karte und einem Geschenkkorb. Was für eine schöne Idee. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Es fehlte an nichts. Hervorzuheben ist der wunderbare Garten im Innenhof. Wir haben die tolle Atmosphäre in der großen Küche genossen und saßen jeden Abend dort und haben gemeinsam gekocht. Die Kommunikation mit Victoria war jederzeit hervorragend. Wir werden sicher wieder kommen. Es ist ein besonderer Ort mit wunderbaren Sonnenuntergängen.

Wonderful long weekend stay

We were spending a Bank Holiday weekend with all our children and their partners to celebrate a big birthday. There was masses of space for all 11 of us and so much to do. The kitchen was great for cooking for a crowd. We couldn't find fault with anything.

An oasis in west sussex

From the moment you arrive and step into the courtyard the ambiance of the barns wraps itself around you. The barns are very well equipped and we loved the different seating areas both inside and outside so all age groups had their own space- with plenty of room in big barn to all get together when we wanted to. Vicky communicated speedily when we had questions both before and during our stay. An amazing place.

New Year Celebration

We were a party of 12, including children aged 10-18, celebrating the New Year. The property was exceptional and undoubtedly one of the most stunning homes we've ever stayed in. It was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the thoughtful extra touches from Emma and Vicky—like the welcome hamper—were truly lovely.When one of our toilets didn’t flush properly, Vicky quickly arranged for a plumber, which we really appreciated. We would 100% recommend this house!

I have to say a massive thank you to Emma & Vicky for the use of this beautiful home. I have to say that the place is amazing. It is so well thought out with the layout and the furniture. Absolutely perfect for our family get together to surprise our mother for her 87th Birthday. 9 people and we all fitted in perfectly. We could not fault a thing. Perfect to keep all members of the family entertained, from 14 up to 87 years old. A perfect surprise weekend for the birthday girl and she was blown away by it all and the rest of the family absolutely loved it too. It was truely a memorable weekend had by all in the beautiful surroundings of your home. So, again, thank you and very much appreciated.

Kitshurst Barns are absolutely stunning. We were a party of 11 adults and 1 child staying for 3 nights. The propery is breathtaking both inside and out.It is equipeed to a very high standard with beautiful furnishings in all rooms.The main large barn is FANTASTIC !!

A truely amazing Christmas Stay 🎄

Booking this property for our family Christmas was truely magical. The property and owners couldn’t have done more to make us feel welcome. The house has everything you could ask for… very well equipped kitchen/s, enormous dining table which made Christmas Day special, gorgeous grounds, plenty of games to keep the kids happy… We are struggling to find any faults at all. Incredible stay - we'll definitely be back!

I didn't think it would be possible but the property is even more impressive than the photos show. We were a group of 11 friends staying for a long weekend. It's the most well-equipped property I've ever stayed at - there are two kitchens, making meal times for a large group really easy to manage, two living rooms, and of course lots of outside space. Everything felt so clean and new, and Vicky was great with communication from check-in until check-out. We'll definitely be back for another stay!

Amazing Property!

Spent an amazing 2 weeks at this property and it was hard to leave! The property is beautiful, both inside and out, and is set in a quiet, idyllic location, with views of the Downs. It is very spacious with high-end finishes throughout and extremely well equipped - everything has been thought of, to provide the perfect stay for guests. We enjoyed many al fresco meals in the beautifully landscaped courtyard garden. From the initial booking, communications with Vicky and Emma were excellent. I would highly recommend this property; it far exceeded my expectations. Hoping to return on our future trips to the U.K.

Beautiful Barns

The pictures and description of this property on the web site do not do it justice. This is lovely holiday accommodation which I would recommend for a maybe acouple of families wanting to spend some luxury time together. The family areas are spacious and facilities very good. Bedrooms are lovely with comfortable beds and ensuite bathrooms. Gardens are beautiful with the added advantages of various seating areas, BBQ games room and Hot Tub. Perfect getaway.

Rose family celebration weekend

We absolutely loved our stay at the Barns. It was the perfect location, layout and setting for our celebration with friends and family. Being designers, we very much appreciated the architecture, beautiful interior, magnificent garden and attention to detail in the property. Having two great kitchens, living spaces open to the garden, plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and activities, including a hot tub, ping pong table and games room, the house was a perfect for our group and worked extremely well. On arrival we found the house beautifully clean, tidy, extremely well organised and well stocked for large groups and we received a very warm welcome. The property manager was excellent and very helpful throughout the booking, responding quickly to any questions and went out of her way to make us feel welcome. We look forward to coming again and would recommend this property very highly for any group gathering looking for style, luxury and a relaxing get away!
