The condo features bright and comfortable living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms, and an expansive private terrace with beautiful ocean views.



Cook service for breakfast and lunch is included Monday through Saturday. Groceries and ingredients are not included.

Daily housekeeping is also provided Monday through Saturday, allowing you to relax and enjoy your time in Punta Mita.

Whether you’re enjoying breakfast on the terrace, spending the day at the Beach Clubs, or exploring Punta Mita by golf cart, HDM 201 provides a comfortable and convenient setting for your stay.



HDM 201 is professionally managed by Mita Rentals, a local vacation rental company specializing in Punta Mita stays.

Its convenient location provides access to participating Beach Clubs, golf facilities, restaurants and resort amenities, while offering the privacy and relaxed atmosphere of a residential community.

The nearby Punta de Mita village offers additional restaurants, shops and local experiences.



Getting Around:

A 6-seater golf cart is included with your stay, making it easy to move around Punta Mita and access participating Beach Clubs, restaurants and resort amenities.

Transportation outside the resort can be arranged separately.

Beach Club Access Fee

A Beach Club access fee applies per person, per stay (up to 30 days):

• Adults & Teenagers (13+): USD $66.70

• Children (ages 5–12): USD $40.02

• Children under 5: No charge

Taxes and service charge are included in the amounts above.

Once your booking is confirmed, our Pre-Arrival team will assist with the registration and applicable fee.







Pool 2 Maintenance Notice – Hacienda de Mita



Please note that Pool 2 is temporarily affected by maintenance work due to a water leak. Repairs may generate some noise during working hours, and there is currently no estimated completion date.

Pools 1 and 3 remain available for guest use.

We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience.
