« Huge room that could accommodate a long stay without feeling closed in. Husband saw a mouse run across the floor from their breakfast area to the fireplace when we were checking in. Front desk didn’t seem concerned about it…. Almost like it was a common occurrence. »

« the room had a smell to it. the bathroom was handicap accessible which is fine but the hand held shower made a mess all over the floor, there was no ventilation fan in the bathroom, the counter was very small and this is where the coffee maker was put making no counter space at all, no dish for the soap, the bed was ok. lumpy. i didn’t want to walk on the carpet without socks and they were filthy after walking around on it. the staff was nice but the room was not great. i would rather...

« The check in clerk was very nice upon checking in. When we made it to the room the room was clean but there was a sewer smell. After sanitizing and spraying it helped. The following day after being gone the majority of the day the room wasn’t cleaned, we ask the front desk why, she didn’t have an explanation and the cleaning crew had left for the day. They brought us clean towels because she didn’t want a bad review. »

« The water went out due to a pipe break. That I understand. The hotel had no control over that. It’s how it was handled that I take issue with. No announcement was made. No compensation given. In fact we were charged for water bottles we needed to even brush our teeth. Staff was rude that night and said no compensation would be given. I would like my stay refunded as well as incidentals (water bottles). How this is handled will determine if I ever risk a Holiday Inn again. »

« The breakfast was so disappointing and I did say something to the clerk but nothing changed. Stayed two days the juice was watered down so, no flavor.The eggs powdered no flavor. No bacon or sausage. Saturday no gravy, just dry biscuits. Can't you do better? »
