« Such a great hotel with what might be the best view you will get in the area. Big beautiful bright windows. I was so impressed with the hotel, I asked if they had just opened. I was shocked when they told me they have been opened for 6 years! It looks, feels, and smells like new. »

« Nothing was clean. the towels in the pool area were never replenished. They charged and additional 200 for who knows what and don’t want to refund. This hotel is motel 6 just indoors. »

« My room was very spacious, with a king size bed and a full size couch. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems I had were more systematic. The pool was very cold, the hot tub was only half filled with water and the shower kept going from warm to cool. But the worst issue was that the walls and floors were paper thin. I could not only hear the guests upstairs but also feel them jumping through the headboard of the bed. This is not a problem that is easily fixed, but during...

« We were in a room right by exterior door on 1st floor. Door slammed all night anytime someone used it. The wall were very thin so the peiple next to us kept us up all night with their tv. And even worse was anytime the toilet flushed upstairs from us, you could hear the fluid draining through the wall. Over all it was ahorrible experience even though theplace was very clean. »

« It was clean and comfortable. Pleasant staff and worth the cost. Only wish the 2 complimentary drinks were offered until bar closed. Both days we had activities with the kiddos during the time it was available. »

« Pool Water Needs addressed. Only thing we had issues with. PH and Salt/Chemical Content was Way too High. Burning Eyes, and Our Kids Had Rashes all over Neck and back and legs. Their Suits were Bleached from Pool Water. We were told, No Maintenance Personnel was Available on the Weekend. The Pool is the Highlight for the kids, So their Opinions and Comfort is Most Important. Thanks. »

« No trash cans in the room? Not sure why. Tv would not work says no WiFi and not channels for signal. Tried to call the main office with no answer. All WiFi networks were locked. Google says this place is permanently closed so that’s also weird. Overall room was clean but definitely looked like they were still remodeling. No dishes but stove and everything in room also weird usually when we stay anywhere with a stove there’s at least plates and silverware. »
