„There was a liquid soap dispenser that didn't work and it fell off the wall. It was hanging on a screw. There were two tiny bottles, one shampoo and one conditioner. There were two of us, so we didn't take a shower the next morning. The air conditioner wouldn't turn on. When we checked out, the lady told us there was a button at the bottom of the unit we should've turned on. How could we have known about it? There weren't many TV stations to watch and at check-out, I heard two other guests ...

„Suite für 4 Personen war nur für drei Personen geeignet. Zimmer bzw. Schlafcouch war nicht für zusätzliche Personen vorbereitet und wurde vom Personal beim Zimmerservice nicht beachtet. Einrichtung des Zimmer wie beschrieben neuwertig und sauber. Lage zentral aber relativ laut direkt am Highway. Preis/Leistung ok. Frühstück gut.“

„On the second night of our stay, when the hot water was turned on, the water was a light brown color. The morning we were leaving, the hot water was fine. The sink had a horrible smell throughout our stay. The breakfast was the best part of our stay (food was hot, lots on variety, etc).“

„mold on the bathroom ceiling, shower curtain too short for the tub causes water to spill out electric outlets in the bathroom not working broken furniture, such as a chair at the desk and the cabinet door a weird odor like marijuana when you first walk into the room, the room is too small for two queen beds. We mentioned this to the office attendant about the broken furniture and no electric electrical and he said he would look into it, but did not.“
