This is an older building with a lot of character, but our room had been renovated and had a fabulous view over the Terrasse and the river. Great location! We could walk everywhere. Staff was friendly and helpful. And the free snacks they left for us were a treat. So nice. We really enjoyed our stay.

This was a beautiful property with an amazing view. Coffee on the terrace in the morning was so lovely. Very walkable to shopping and restaurants and tourist sites. Will definitely return.

The building is 180 years old and commands a view over the St Lawrence river. Next door to American consulate on a very quiet street. The staff are especially friendly. Free nibbles and drinks in the room fridges. Some rooms are small (as you might expect froma 19th century house), but all are comfortable. When i asked about locating an electrical outlet in my room, Amélie brought a power bar to my room right away.

That is a beautiful 180 years old property in front of a river, walking distance from everything in Old Quebec. If you like to feels a home away from home, this is the place. Amelie is the perfect host, verycaring about you and any request you have. Will definitely be back. Thank you for a great stay.

It was quite a big room you had. I'm surprised it wasn't enough. For sure if you wanted to have a bed for each of you it was not enough though. Hopefully we had another room available to set you in. I hope you enjoyed you time with us still and thank you for the comment.

We wanted historic, and we got just that. What a cool, amazingly located, little boutique. Remarkably friendly staff that stocked us up with a bunch of little treats and muffins each day. It was really neat to lay back and think of other patrons sleeping in the room you are in nearly 200 years earlier. Steps from the Chateau Frontenac. The weather turned poor, but we hunkered down in this little oasis.

Staff was so kind! They don’t have a hair dryer when you get in, but if you ask then they’ll give you. Also no toothpaste and conditioner!

We booked an overnight stay on March 18, 2024. The location was perfect. Easy to walk to Chateau Frontenac and Old Quebec. Many dining options. Keep in mind that the hotel keeps its vintage traditional style. So do not try to compare it to any of the newer, modern hotel chains in Quebec city. It's charm lies in the fact that it is situated so close to everything in Old Quebec, so you just have to park your vehicle and enjoy the city on foot. Service was excellent. They provided so many snacks and juices during our stay. Highly recommended
