The Space

A five-bedroom home set over two levels, in Fernhill, just above central Queenstown. The living areas look out to great view of remarks.

Bedrooms: Five bedrooms, with fixed configuration.

Bathrooms: Two full bathrooms. Ground floor (upstairs) bathroom with standing shower and wheelchair accessibility. Downstairs bathroom with standing shower and laundry facilities.

Living areas: Open-plan living with heat pump, smart TV.

Kitchen: Fully equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, 4-slice toaster.

Balcony: Small outdoor patio facing the road.

Lomond Crescent is in Fernhill, an easy walk into central Queenstown via the Fernhill Town Link Track (which connects through to Thompson Street), or a short drive down the hill.

Other Things to Note / Good to Know

Stairs: 13 internal carpeted stairs between upper and lower levels; small ramp at front entry

Power: Running too many appliances at once may trip the power

Fire alarm: Sensitive, so please take care when cooking and have the extraction fan turned on

Extra linen and a mid-stay clean are available for a fee.

Baby Bundle (portacot, high chair, baby bath) is available on request for NZD $50.



Please make all requests at least 3 days before arrival — later requests incur an additional NZD $10 call-out fee.



The first round of amenities is complimentary. If you're staying more than 5 days, we'd recommend picking up extra during your stay.



House Rules

Maximum of 10 guests, with children aged 0–2 staying free.

At least one guest must be over the age of 22

No pets, parties, or smoking/vaping indoors — and please, no glitter

This property is in a residential area; quiet hours run from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
