Traveling with a larger group? Picture Point 10A can also be booked alongside neighboring Picture Point Villa 10B to accommodate up to 12 guests.

The spacious open-plan living area flows seamlessly onto the outdoor balcony and features an 8-person dining area, generous lounge space, gas fireplace, and large 75-inch TV with high-fidelity audio system.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining, complete with an espresso machine, premium appliances, and a walk-in butler’s pantry.

On the lower level, you’ll find a dedicated laundry with 1 washing machine and 1 clothes dryer.

The sleeping quarters include a primary bedroom with super king bed, 55-inch TV, generous wardrobe space, and ensuite with spa bath. Two additional bedrooms both feature king beds and share a spacious family bathroom.

A second living area with another 55-inch TV provides the perfect retreat for kids or extra guests to relax.

For winter stays, the internal-access garage includes a dedicated drying room for ski gear and outerwear.

With easy off-street parking and an internal access garage, you can leave the car behind and enjoy the picturesque 10-minute downhill walk into central Queenstown.
