Located on a quiet pedestrian street with a separate entrance, it guarantees privacy. It features a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a living room, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The private bathroom includes toiletries. Enjoy an incredible private rooftop terrace, air conditioning, heating, high-speed internet, and a workspace. A washer, dryer, iron, and crib are available upon request.

Since it’s located in the heart of the Historic Center of Santiago de Querétaro, the best way to explore the city is on foot. If you’re using public transportation, there are routes along the nearby avenues. If you’re arriving by car, keep in mind that access is limited because it’s a pedestrian street, so we recommend using the nearby public parking lots. The Querétaro Intercontinental Airport is about a forty-minute drive away, depending on traffic.



Other Things to Note:

-Given our property’s central location in the heart of the Historic District, you may hear some ambient noise typical of city life.

-If you’re a light sleeper, we suggest bringing earplugs, as the downtown area can get noisy at times.

-Parking in this area can be challenging, so we recommend using a public parking lot.

-We have a dedicated workspace for your convenience.

-The floor is original from the 1930s and shows natural signs of wear over time.

-The terrace is a private space enclosed by a fence, so you may have visual contact with neighbors.

-Access to the terrace requires climbing stairs.
