This hotel has the potential to be a 5-star experience, but unfortunately it needs much better attention to maintenance and overall upkeep.
I reserved three rooms for my family and me while we attended a wedding. Starting with my room, the bathroom was missing part of the shower tile—it was not simply unpainted, but visibly incomplete. The bathroom also lacked proper ventilation, the mirror appeared old and worn, and the room had a noticeable humid smell upon entering.
In the second room, the shower drain was clogged. We reported the issue on the day we arrived, but it was never addressed during our stay. Additionally, the bathroom floor was not properly cleaned, and because of the flooding from the clogged shower, we had to use our own towels to dry the floor.
To add to the frustration, the room keys repeatedly became demagnetized. We had to return to the front desk multiple times to have them reactivated, which was inconvenient and disruptive.
Overall, the property has great potential and could offer a much better experience with improved maintenance and more responsive service.
