Perfect beach house just 1/2 block from the beach. So many unexpected extras such as toothbrushes and toothpaste, beach towels, and bottled water. This place is comfortable and cozy. This host knows how to do things right!

Awesome time at the beach, house!

Check in super easy, the entire house was sparkling clean. Every amenity we wanted at our finger tips, well organized and supplied kitchen, very comfortable beds. Out host was super responsive and available, and she had thought of everything we could possibly need.

Great stay on Lake Michigan

The house was lovely and easily slept our family of six, it was a super short walk to the beach and Halina thought of every detail to make our stay wonderful. Communication before, during and after the stay was quick and kind every time.

The house was adorable and half a block away from Lake Michigan. My family had fun hanging out at the beach and our hosts had beach towels, sand toys, and chairs ready for us to use. It made our vacation easier not having to worry about packing those items. Our host was very communicative about the property and the amenities availability.

Beautiful

The house is beautiful and exactly as described. It was perfectly cozy and perfect for our family. The beach was a quick walk from the house and was not busy while we were there. I have stayed at several VRBO's and this was by far the most well stocked house I have been to! The kitchen has a coffee bar and every possible thing you need to make delicious meals or cook on the grill. The communication was excellent. Halina made sure that everything was perfect for our week stay. A storm had knocked out the refrigerator but she bought a functional retro fridge to make sure we had one available for our stay.

Perfect location, great rental

The location of this lake house is amazing along with great views of the lake from the deck and the sitting area just off the kitchen. I stayed here over the 4th of July weekend with my two adult children and the house was ideal. The house was immaculate. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of room. The bedrooms are large enough for luggage and to not feel cramped at all. The large family room is great for watching movies and winding down in the evening. Everything has been updated and remodeled.The hosts literally thought of EVERYTHING! Extra trash bags, laundry detergent, kitchen supplies, beach blankets/towels and chairs, extra bath towels… no need to go buy extra toilet paper or paper plates or dish soap, things I’ve normally had to buy when staying for a week at a rental. Huge bonus, there were snacks and a few bottles of water upon our arrival!Halina was very responsive (within minutes) to any questions I had prior to our arrival.She even came over when we were having trouble with the toaster/convection oven. A recent power surge had broken it. Halina offered to go get a new one right away which was totally unnecessary but had I ‘needed it’ she would have done it. I told her it didn’t need to be replaced during our stay. She was sooo nice! I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Perfect summer get away!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful, fully equipped home. Steps away from the gorgeous beach and with a great back patio view of the lake, we were thrilled! We took full advantage going to watch the sunrise. This made for a perfect summer getaway! And we hope to come back another time soon!!!

Best VRBO to date!

My husband and I travel quite a bit anf have stayed at a lot of beautiful homes away from home, but this is so far our absolute favorite! Halina has created a wonderful, well-appointed space that makes you feel cozy and cared for while youre there. The beach was beautiful and so relaxing! great vacation

This is a very cozy home on a corner lot in a residential neighborhood. It is 1/2 block from the lake, located close to downtown. It is close to restaurants and shopping. The one bedroom has a hugh king size bed and the other has a good size queen bed, along with 2 good size bunk beds. The kitchen is well stocked and has a nice washer and dryer. every room has their own tv. We enjoyed that home very much and the host is super nice, helpful and flexible. We could have asked more of a vacation home and the price was very decent as well. We thank our host for being so nice and helpful.

Outstanding Host!! Beautiful Beach Home!!

Halina is genius at her craft as a host! Her home is perfect for my family! Beautifully renovated (the kitchen is fabulous!) and has everything one needs to feel right at home! You will find little, BIG touches everywhere!…from extra soft blankets and fluffy pillows to lots of needed towels and washcloths to lovely restored hardwood floors to the most comfortable mattresses/bedding, etc., etc., etc.! Everything was perfect

The property is lovely. A quick walk to the beach, which even in the winter, was absolutely wonderful to experience. During the first part of the stay there was snow. Bought sleds for everyone to use on the hills. The end of our trip saw all the snow gone and we were able to visit the lighthouse. Not only does the property contain a washer/dryer in the basement, there’s also a 1 car garage we could use. The host(s) are wonderful. The property contained all the little extras a traveling family needs and then some. They graciously decorated the home with holiday decorations which meant a lot to us. Fantastic communication and incredible attention to detail. Thank you to our host (s) for their hospitality and kindness. Anyone would appreciate this rental. The beach is lovely and very clean. The home appears to be recently renovated and is quite comfortable and cozy.

Another Great Trip

This has become an annual rental for us. The owner is kind and will meet any special requests. The location is perfect for families with many activities within walking distance. The garage to park your car is also a nice perk.

Loved our stay! We go to racine every august (ever since 2021) and this was by far our best house. So many amenities, from tons of towels, to complimentary snacks, to central AC - we were there when it was 90 degrees so that was amazing. Gorgeous views and just steps from a gorgeous beach. We will be back!
