We stayed at this condo for a weekend and had a very poor experience. The unit reeked of cigarette smoke upon arrival and the odor never went away despite attempts to air it out. This property should not be advertised as non-smoking.
The furniture was dirty and in poor condition. The bathroom sink did not drain, the toilets were dirty, and the towels were musty and unacceptable for guest use. Basic cleanliness and upkeep were clearly lacking.
When we contacted the host, he admitted there had been a smoke issue but claimed it had been fixed. After we provided additional feedback, his response was dismissive and unprofessional, stating that no one else had complained so it couldn’t be a problem. While he offered a $100 refund, his tone was rude and unhelpful.
Our weekend was significantly impacted by these issues. This property is not being represented honestly in its listing, and guests should be aware before booking.
