« Cozy, clean, very recently built 2-level home with a lovely private back garden, backing onto a large green park. Everything was just as described, and the host was very responsive. Check-in was very easy. The neighbourhood is inner suburban, well suited for someone with a car. The University of Canterbury is 1/2 hour walk or 7 minutes drive away. Downtown Christchurch is 15 minutes by car. We would readily return to this home if we visited the Uni again. »

« Very clean and modern townhouse. Bedroom is upstairs and living area down. Kitchen was well stocked. Bathroom was very nice and well appointed. Bed was comfortable and warm. Our only issue was the parking; it was mentioned in the initial description that you had to park on the street but this was not prominent in the description. « We had a great experience right from the beginning the communication was great the place was lovely and was just what we needed for my hubby and I and 2 teens, location was great. Only thing that could be improved is the wifi very patchy and sometimes did not work at all but still 5 star stay, definitely recommend this place, and will stay again next time we are in Christchurch!!! »
