A few small things - like the barn doors in front of the laundry machines - made us scratch our heads for a few minutes. Overall, though - this was a very nice place with lots of value and amenities right in the heart of Central Lake - close to the village grocery, distillary, farm stands, Torch Lake, Bellaire, and more. »

« The property was all that was described and more. It was the perfect setup for our big family with a well stocked kitchen and enough seats for everyone. The toy closet was a pleasant surprise for the small children on our group. The fenced in backyard provided a safe place for the kids to play. The location was perfect for the event we were in town for. Thank you for providing such a welcoming and homey place for us to stay. We would book here again if we are in the area! »

« Very cute bungalow and very clean and updated with everything you need to stay comfortably! Loved the decor and everything about it. Only complaint is that its not as remote and secluded as the photos lead you to believe. It's on a street with other homes that you can see from the front and side windows, and no window treatments on the living room or kitchen windows. »

« Overall, we loved the location of this place… It was so convenient to slap town, the beach, CVS, and getting in and out of town… We visit TC every year, so it was nice to not be in such touristy spots… The bed was extremely comfortable and the set up was very nice. Just a note that it is the lower level, so you will hear the people walking around downstairs. Also, it is an old house that has been rehabbed, so the bathroom does have certain aspects of it that are still that of an older house. But...

« The place was perfect for my husband and I. Perfect location, close to many attractions less than a 20min drive. Beautiful back yard, my dog was a big fan! Place is located on a busy street and property is not fenced off but my husband and I didn’t mind. Would definitely stay again when visiting Traverse City! »
