LOCATION

This unique location offers the rare advantage of being perfectly positioned between Bosnia and Herzegovina and the Croatian coastline, giving you easy access to Dubrovnik and the Adriatic while still enjoying a peaceful, uncrowded setting.

In the summer months, travel to Dubrovnik and the coast is typically straightforward, with journey times of around 20 minutes.

Villa Price is just a short drive from the beautiful beaches of Srebreno and Mlini, as well as the fabulous jewel of the Adriatic, Dubrovnik. The border crossings have been significantly improved, making access to the Croatian coast easier and more convenient.

Dubrovnik, the famous “Pearl of the Adriatic”, is steeped in history and dates back to the 7th century. Its magnificent medieval city walls are one of the area’s highlights and were famously used as a filming location for the fictional city of King’s Landing in the television series Game of Thrones.

Closer to home, our local historic town of Trebinje is a real delight to explore. Its charming old town, beautiful piazzas and café bars nestled beneath the magnificent Platani trees provide the perfect setting for enjoying a coffee, ice cream or leisurely meal while watching the world go by.

Trebinje also offers a newly opened water park, excellent restaurants and wonderful local wine experiences. We particularly recommend a visit to Vukoje Winery, where you can enjoy wine and food on the rooftop terrace while taking in spectacular views across the town and the Trebišnjica River.

For those wishing to explore further afield, Mostar and the spectacular Kravica Waterfalls make wonderful day trips. Montenegro is also within easy reach, with the breathtaking Bay of Kotor offering another unforgettable excursion.

Due to our peaceful rural location and the lack of public transport, a car is essential for staying at Villa Price.

THE SPACE

Villa Price forms part of our small, family-run resort and proudly commands wonderful panoramic views across the swimming pool, surrounding mountains and green valley towards the Adriatic Sea.

The villa provides a peaceful and comfortable ambience for those looking to spend quality time with family and friends and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The beautiful mountain and sea views are best enjoyed from the impressive 8m x 4m swimming pool and extensive terraces. Before using the pool, we have a convenient outdoor shower.

The outdoor space provides everything you need for relaxed holiday living, with a BBQ area, a large dining table beneath the pergola for alfresco meals, comfortable outdoor sofas and sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine.

The pool is heated during the cooler months at no additional cost. During July and August, pool heating can be provided on request at an additional cost of £15 per day.

Inside, Villa Price offers spacious, contemporary open-plan living with a fully fitted kitchen, USA-style fridge/freezer with water and ice dispenser,dishwasher,coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The Island/breakfast bar is a great place to gather round even in the evening for cocktails. Wi-Fi and is air conditioning throughout. The lounge is spacious with TV, comfortable sofa's, plus there is a seperate sofa area for quiet time with an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower. Patio doors open onto the terrace and pool area.

The villa is ideally located for exploring the surrounding area, with the beautiful beaches of the Dubrovnik Riviera and Dubrovnik itself within easy driving distance.

Please note: Villa Price is part of an ongoing building development, and light building work may occasionally take place on properties in the vicinity.

GUEST ACCESS

A property manager will be there to meet and welcome you on arrival, show you around the villa and answer any questions you may have.

For guests arriving late, a key safe is available. The access code and contact numbers will be provided after booking.

Although the owner will not be on the premises during your stay, our property manager will be available to assist you and answer any enquiries should you need help.

We have also designed a guest brochure and is packed with ideas and recommendations for making the most of your stay .It includes maps and directions, together with suggestions for places that are a little more off the beaten track — places that regular tourists may not discover. You’ll find recommendations for excursions, beautiful beaches, restaurants and sporting activities, all tried and recommended by the owner or previous guests.

It makes the perfect poolside reading while deciding what adventure to enjoy next!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

All bed linen is included.

Bedding and towels are changed on request or following a one-week stay.

Bathroom and pool towels are provided, but beach towels are not provided.

The price includes the service and cleaning charge.

We also offer a complimentary one-hour mini housekeeping service once per week, servicing the kitchen, lounge and bathrooms.

On request, we can provide an additional bed for a small fee, as well as a large baby travel cot and high chair.

IMPORTANT TO NOTE

Villa Price is not suitable for guests wishing to party.

We are situated in a peaceful rural location and ask all guests to respect the tranquillity of the surrounding area and our neighbours.

There is no public transport serving the area, so Villa Price is not suitable for guests who do not drive or have access to a car.

BUILDING WORK

We want our guests to have a clear and accurate understanding of the surroundings before booking.

Villa Price is located within an ongoing building development. From approximately 15 September until 15 June, there may be building work taking place on neighbouring properties and, at times, this work may be more substantial.

We have taken this into consideration when setting our rental prices and believe the pricing reflects the possibility of construction activity during these months.

During the main summer season, the area is generally quieter, allowing guests to make the most of the peaceful surroundings, beautiful views and outdoor facilities.
