« Was misrepresented online, it was rundown... uncut grass and unreadable signs. We were given the wrong address and the home resident that we ended up at, told us it had not been a viable place to stay for awhile. The door code did not open the door. We could not see inside the room. There was no one to help us as the front office looked dilapidated and empty. Please refund my prepaid amount that was charged on 3/27 and 4/22/2025.I have called several times for help getting the refund but have...
