« Charlie was very helpful in his communication. The cabin is very nice and well stocked (eg fridge had butter and every kind of condiment and medicine cabinet in the bathroom had basic medications!). Was hoping to catch northern lights - wasn’t lucky enough to catch them but this would be a great place to see them from. Nice picture window facing north and no external lights (except those you can turn off). Great view in a relatively dark sky location. »

« The floors are in desperate need of repair, there is a huge soft spot right by the upstairs door along with what looked like black mold by the windows. The flooring by the fireplace is also soft. Stove didn’t work. It took 3 hours to cook something that should’ve taken 30 minutes. I understand the cottage is in a more rural area, but there were Japanese beetles, spiders and stink bugs everywhere.
