Fantastic property! My husband and I stayed at the cabin with our dog for 9 days. It’s fenced in Montana-style, with wood posts and some barbed wire to make up for the big gaps but our pup understood (for the most part!) that it was a boundary. The front porch had views for days and it was so relaxing to sit there and watch nature, day or night. The inside is remodeled with updated appliances, solid surface countertops, durable floors, comfy bed… the pics, while accurate, don’t do it justice. There seems to be two RV hookups on side of the house (we didn’t have an RV so didn’t test them out) and ample space for RVs, tents, trailers, ORVs… an outdoor enthusiasts paradise! You can see a few cabins, and a small one has been built on the property adjacent to the cabin, but there was never anyone at them. There is a small community in the area but they are all super friendly and quiet.
We hauled our Polaris General to the cabin and while there were a ton of trails for us to explore, we could have gone on many more with four wheelers or a trail width side by side. But the ones we could access were so much fun and had amazing views! If you like hiking, make sure to check out Daisy Narrows on the south end of the Little Belts about half an hour out of Harlowton! Worth the drive!
