Not a negative as there are very good restaurants steps away, 7-11, grocery nearby as well as a hardware store if needed! Very quiet building during our stay. This unit is near the stairway on the 2nd floor so access to the ski valet is just one floor and a few steps away. They store your skis and boots and let you keep your comfy shoes or boots there for free.
