I will begin with the attributes. The location is wonderful! Everything in Red River is within walking distance. I loved the condo was on the top floor. The decor in the condo is nice. Someone obviously has an eye for decor. I encourage the owners to invest money into this condo by purchasing new furniture. It really is a cute condo, but needs upgrades. Now for the disadvantages. First and foremost the condo was not clean. The sheets in one of the bedrooms had several hairs from someone else on it. One of the bunk beds upstairs had sheets that obviously had not been changed since the last person slept in it. Sheets wrinkle a specific way when they are slept on so I know they were dirty sheets. We had to find another set of sheets in the closet and make the beds up the first night of our stay. The towels in the bathroom had stains on them that I presume would not come out. There was hair from previous guests left in the bathtub and sink area. The upstairs bathtub had a plastic tub mat in the floor of it. Not wanting athlete's feet I removed the mat to find a dark brown stained tub underneath. The furniture throughout the house is dusty, old, and very tired. One of the kitchen table chairs had a broken support board. The sofa and chair in the living room were at least 30 years old and should have been relaced years ago. The stairs within the condo are VERY steep. I am not sure how they passed code. With a thorough cleaning and upgraded furniture this place would excel!
