« The property is very private extremely clean and has everything you need to cook or relax and eat out. There’s a beautiful pool and a wonderful serene view of the river with chairs, lights and several games if traveling with family. you do share the property with other travelers, although it was still quite peaceful. it is also puppy friendly and the grounds are kept impeccably. The hosts were wonderful and I couldn’t say enough about how absolutely beautiful the view is.!! I will definitely be...

« This is a beautiful, spacious, clean, comfortable home. Conveniently located for shopping without the loud hustle and bustle sounds. Very quiet and safe neighborhood. My children really enjoyed the swimming pool, as a mom I truly appreciated the security of the fence around the pool as I had a 4 and 5 year old with me. The owner was quick to respond when I messaged her, her willingness to come over if needed was also great. Absolutely loved this home and experience. We look forward to booking...

« Great location. Super clean. Responsive host. »

The property is in a great area for getting around the Redding area and located near at least three excellent restaurants. The house was very roomy for 5 and with additional local family stopping by, still comfortable for games, etc..Would be happy to stay at Emerald House again! »

« Our family reunion was in an absolute perfect private clean well setup environment and we were thrilled with the quality of everything! Greatly appreciated! Was completely beyond our expectations! Thank you and we will use again if still available! »

« Perfectly clean, had everything we needed; quiet neighborhood; quick access to stores and in a good location for lots of fun things downtown! »
