Living Room:

As you enter the property and walk through to the back of the house, you are welcomed into a comfortable and spacious living area, perfect for relaxing after a long day.
Featuring two sofa’s, a coffee table and a 45” Smart TV on the wall, ideal for cosy evenings in.
There is a Smart TV for watching free view, streaming apps, including ITVX, All4, YouTube and Netflix.

The living room features a high dining table suitable to seat 4 people with 4 stools. We offer trays for sitting around the sofa if you would like to watch TV when eating together.

Kitchen:

The open plan living space flows directly into the fully equipped kitchen, designed to cater for all your needs whether you’re cooking a full meal or a quick snack.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you may need. All appliances including fridge-freezer, oven, hob & washing machine.
We also have a microwave, toaster and kettle, all for you to use at ease.
Help yourself to the tea and coffee! We also provide complimentary salt, pepper & cooking oil.

First Floor:

Upstairs on the first floor is a cosy single bedroom featuring a comfortable 4ft single bed. There is a rail, hangers and a desk to use.

Also on this floor is the large family bathroom, fitted with a bath/shower, toilet and sink.

Next to the bathroom is another generously sized bright bedroom, which has a super-king bed, a wardrobe, TV, desk and chair.

Second Floor:

The top floor hosts another large bedroom, a warm and inviting space featuring a double bed and a single bed. This is ideal for families or guests wanting extra space.
This room benefits from its own ensuite shower room, with toilet and sink, offering added privacy and convenience.
