Central location tucked in between Sisters, Redmond, and Bend. Smith Rock (15 minute drive), Bend (15 minutes), Sisters (20 min), float the Deschutes river at Tumalo State Park (10 min). Mountain biking, hiking trails, 3 community pools, fitness centers, 3 golf courses all from your doorstep. Walking distance to Lakeside Sports Center with a kids splash pad, infinity pool, gym, etc.

Guests can access the Hideout Bunk House by keypad entry code 24/7. Your stay includes up to 7 guest passes that allows you access to the three pools (some seasonal), fitness centers, tennis courts, pickle ball, basketball court, arcade game room, sauna and hot tubs.

The Hideout offers 2bedrooms, and 2 1/2 bathrooms, with a Queen bed in the master downstairs as well as a Queen bed in the bedroom upstairs. The upstairs living room offers a bunk bed (full on bottom twin on top) and a pull-out sofa bed (twin). There is a Kids Hideout Nook on the main floor full of games and a space for kids to let their imagination run. Deck with private hot tub and barbeque to grill your favorite cut of meat! Two fireplaces (one on the main floor and one upstairs). Equipped with games, fully stocked kitchen, bathroom essentials to make your stay easy.

- Dogs are not allowed on property. We advertise "no pets" thus, we do have a number of guests stay with us who have allergies. Thank you for understanding!
- Lost guest cards for sports center use will result in $100 replacement per card, so keep a careful watch on the number provided.

Property Care:
- We ask that you treat our home with the same care you would your own!
- Please keep the furnishings in good condition so future guests can enjoy it too.

HOA rules:
- Please do not park anywhere but in the driveway. Cars may park on side of lawn for a maximum of three hours. There is overflow parking at the ridge sports center parking lot.
- Observe quiet hours between 10p-7a.

Liability:
- The property is privately owned. The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises.
- Guests assume all risks associated with their stay and are responsible for anyone they invite onto the property.
- The owners are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

Appliances & Fire Use:
- Use appliances only for their intended purposes.
- If you use the barbeque, please make sure to turn off propane tank after use.

No smoking or vaping:
- Smoking, of any kind, is strictly prohibited inside the home.
