Domaine des Andéols

"Das Hotel ist wunderschön. Voll von Bäumen und Blumen. Der Empfang ist sehr herzlich, der Rezeptionist ist sehr hilfsbereit. Ein alter provenzalischer Weiler, Andeols, wurde in ein Hotel verwandelt. Wir hatten die Maison Blanche. Die Juniorsuite ist auf 3 Stockwerke angelegt, Parterre mit grosser Sitzecke und Esstisch (jedoch keine Küche), 1. Stock ein WC, 2. Stock Schlafzimmer und WC, 3. Stock ein Ausguck. Es gibt also viele Treppen zu steigen. Bei der Einrichtung waren Designer am Werk, die nicht sehr viel an Feriengäste gedacht haben. Die ganze Maison Blanche ist vollgestellt mit sicher sehr teuren weissen Designermöbeln (der Marmor-Esstisch mit 6 Stühlen), auch in der Wohnecke neben dem Schlafzimmer stehen weitere Designermöbel. Es hat ein WC, dessen Deckel sich dank eines Bewegungsmelders selber öffnen, bis zu 20 Spülarten können gewählt werden, dafür hat die einzige Dusche nur eine kleine Wanne mit einer Brause, die man die ganze Zeit in der Hand halten muss und die sich schlecht in die Halterung zurückdreht. Der ganze Raum wird nass. Statt eines zweiten WC im 1. Stock hätte man besser eine vernünftige Dusche eingebaut. Zum Essen fährt man nach Saturnin-les-Apt (vorher unbedingt reservieren)."

"Beautiful property with a warm and calming atmosphere. Most of the staff were very welcoming and friendly, especially in the restaurant. Anabelle stood out for her exceptional customer service. She was genuinely attentive, professional, and made us feel very welcome. There were, however, a few points that were disappointing and that we would not expect from a Relais & Châteaux hotel in this price range. Although we had specifically requested a quiet room, our room (103) was quite noisy. The doors were not well soundproofed, and there was another room directly next to ours, so we could clearly hear conversations as well as people entering and leaving, which affected our comfort. In addition, the room had only been prepared for one guest, even though our reservation was for two people. While this was resolved, it was an oversight that should not happen at this level of hospitality. Finally, we chose this hotel to celebrate my birthday, which was mentioned when booking. While we did not expect anything extravagant, it would have been nice if the occasion had been acknowledged in some small way. A simple birthday greeting or a small gesture would have made the stay feel more personal and memorable. Overall, we enjoyed the beautiful setting and the friendliness of the staff, but a few details fell short of the standards we associate with a Relais & Châteaux property."

"Wonderful small hotel. Very attentive and friendly staff, we felt welcome from the very first moment. Very nice room (we had a superior with spacious terrasse with garden furniture including 2 lounge chairs). Amazing breakfast with stunning views. Excellent restaurant, with same stunning view. I can definitely recommend and I do hope we will get a chance to go back there."

"Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Das Zimmer sauber und das Personal freundlich und flexibel. Das Restaurant sehr empfehlenswert. Das einzige was zu bemängeln ist, war die Badzimmertür die langsam in die Jahre gekommen ist. Kann ich nur weiter Empfehlen."
