Hotel Redwood Falls

« Check in was very easy and staff friendly. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was not good….bagels needed to be microwaved in order to chew. Bread only toasted on one side. »

« No! The property was suspect at best. Hotel was not clean. The pictures on the Expedia website do not reflect the actual hotel in Redwood falls. Did not feel safe at all. No one was available to accommodate us check in with. »

« I find it VERY hard to recommend staying here. The pool was just filled after a repair so it was too cold to even use. The hot tub was broken and drained. I understand repairs, but when I was checking, the owner/manager said he had it posted on the website which was a lie. When showed that there was nothing on the website, I was dismissed. I would not have booked it because I recently had surgery and the hot tub was key reason for my stay especially after a long drive. The room itself was...

« I gave the overall 4-star rating because the manager (owner?) was so helpful and eager to make my stay comfortable. Having said that, the place is undergoing remodeling so the current (unremodeled) rooms are dated and a bit rundown, but they have everything you need if you're not planning on spending all day in the room; a comfortable bed, a functioning bathroom, streaming TV, and even a little couch and desk. I look forward to staying here again when the renovations are complete. »

« The room was actually very nice, clean, and spacious, but it didn't have a coffee maker. My trips are a mix of business and pleasure, so I missed having one. Also, regarding the service upon arrival, they wouldn't let me check in early even though I paid the required fee until they allowed another guest to do so, and then we made a verbal complaint. »

« The staff have been super helpful and caring, they really do their best to make sure you are good to go and have your best interest in mind, unlike many places ive been. Its also very clean and quiet, and concenient for people that walk everywhere since its close to all the bigger stores »
