„We had an absolutely amazing time at this truly special place. First off it was perfectly clean .. pristine. Secondly, it was so private. The pond was perfect for swimming and boating. We did both with our grandkids, Charlotte and Lucas. Ruggles Mine was literally a hidden gem. We all loved it!“

„The water was the draw for us and we enjoyed the views from which were available from just about every indoor location. The living space was fine for the 2 of us. We wondered, since there are beds for 6, how larger groups relax. There’s a picnic table with seating in an adjacent room but in the living room there’s only one couch that seats 3. Recognizing that there are high stools for the counter and a cushion, perhaps a comfortable armchair would be nice as additional seating. Just a thought.🙂“

„Great location close to Sunapee and convenient for a gathering of families. The kids loved sledding on the backyard hill and the house had spread out hang out areas (living room, adjacent sitting area, large kitchen, upstairs tv room) that helped everyone find space. Some steps between rooms that we had to be careful on with the littlest kids. “

„Booked this property for my family (5 of us) to go to a family wedding in the Sunapee area awhile ago. The house is clean, comfortable, has a/c, well labeled, a nice short walk from Dewey Beach to the active boat launch area with shops/food, and a neat door locking system. Everything just seemed to work well and it would have been nice to stay longer had I known. “

„The house had a great modern renovation, and was well stocked. Kitchen had lots of high-end supplies that made our stay and cooking multiple meals for several people very comfortable. We loved the large open floor plan and plenty of room for everyone to hang out together. Also love that every room has its own mini split (we stayed during some very hot days) so temperature could be controlled individually. „Our recent stay was absolutely WONDERFUL. The property/house layout was perfect for our family of 6 and our dog. We had plenty of space to eat, hang out and sleep without feeling on top of each other. We enjoyed the kayaks, paddle boards, and the boat everyday, and even fished! The fire pit down by the lake was the perfect spot to hang out at night. Tyler was a great host, and stayed in communication with us the entire week. If I could give 10 stars I would! We’ll be back for sure!!“

„I’ve gone back and forth on how to rate our stay here. The location was amazing, parking and check in were easy, and the hosts were very responsive to our questions. That said, the property had some cleanliness issues. Particularly in the kitchen, where we found very dirty cabinets and dishes. There is also no lack of decorative items in already small home. For families with young kids, note that the water heater is an RV sized water heater, which made getting our young kids cleaned up with ...
