It was great that you could walk into a mudroom area and have hooks to hang up our things before going into the main part of the house. The laundry was right there too so it was convenient. The kitchen was a good size and we had everything we needed to prepare food. The house is on a quiet street with easy access to downtown. Communication with the host was excellent. « Mike’s place was the perfect home base to explore Saratoga and beyond. The beds are super comfortable, and the house was well stocked with anything we possibly would need. The kids really enjoyed the deck and the ping pong table. Being able to stay so close to downtown as well as to Saratoga Spa State Park was wonderful. We will definitely be back! »

« Thanks, David for the great week at your home. What we loved about the property was the direct lake access, plenty of room for our family (6 adults, one toddler, 2 pups) . The beds were comfortable, central air only needed our first day, and the bathrooms and kitchen were very clean. We spent a lot of time on the deck, enjoying the view of the lake, and the fire pit was perfect for a cool August night. The carpets are a bit worn with some stains, but easily overlooked. Plenty to do in the area...

« We enjoyed the rental very much and the location was excellent in a quiet area. We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck and down by the waterfront in the evening. Our only complaint would be the window air conditioning units not quite keeping the bedroom cool, but that wouldn’t keep us from staying here again! »
