« No one at front desk had even rudimentary English, or even tried to communicate. I left my luggage with the hotel staff 3 days before my check in (on the way to the jungle tour). Apperantly, no record of it was made on my reservation, and it took me some time to get it upon my check in No hot water - it was just luke warm. No shampoo - only a small bar of soap - something I would expect in a hostel, but not in a "boutique " hotel. Worst part was the night- rooms have no sound proofing, and you ...

« Todo estuvo maravilloso pero no tienen datáfono y en la página dice que se puede pagar con visa o Mastercard pero no es verdad tienen un link pero el link no funciona. Deben tener datáfono para un lugar asi. El rest todo maravilloso comidas y servicio super bueno. Pero llegar al check out y no poder pagar con tarjeta ea algo que realmente molesta. »

« Le lieux est magnifique en bordure du fleuve Amazone. Belle piscine, la zone de cocktail, la restauration sont agreables, mais l'etat general d'entretien global de l'etablissement, des chambres ainsi que des salles de bain laissent à désirer. Quel dommage pour un établissement de ce type qui devait être très beau à ses debuts. De plus l'accueil à la reception se fait d'une manière froide avec très peu de sourire... »

« Hvis man søger fred og ro er hotellet perfekt, idet det ligger 5 km uden for byen. Det er meget uheldigt, at det på Hotels.com er angivet at ligge midt i Leticia bycentrum, hvilket er helt forkert og misvisende. Men det er rigtig søde ansatte på hotellet, der har en dejlig og ren pool, store hytter og masser af grønne områder. Bestemt et godt opholf. »
