If you are mainly showering and sleeping in room like I did because I was spending most of my time out as many do on vacation it works just fine. Also, my wife also left something behind and owner was good with communication about it and let us pop back in on following day to pick it up. »

We walked with a wagon for groceries and drove to beach. Not able to walk to beach as we carried a lot for the day but you can very well walk if not taking much. Great experience! »

Place was clean and I especially loved the heated pool. Nice balcony with table and chairs. Washer and dryer was a plus. « The Octopus Cottage was the perfect spot for a cozy getaway! Donna has thought of quite literally everything, the house is stocked from top to bottom. While we did not need anything during our stay, we knew we could always ask for anything - her communication was phenomenal the whole time. The location is perfect, just a few minutes away from Cape May and tons of breweries and restaurants. We had a wonderful time and hope to return! »

« The place was clean and had the amenities stated. We weren’t told what unit we were supposed to be in, so it was confusing when we showed up and there were multiple units. The beds were uncomfortable. One room had a constant sound of running water from the heat. Another room had a lot of light shining in from a streetlight outside, even with the blinds closed. »
