It’s and old house, so sound proofing isn’t great and we could hear our upstair neighbors. Didn’t bother us, though. Check-in was a little tricky for us because no one was on-site and a phone call was required. we don’t have American phone contracts and our call didn’t go through on our phones or the landline in the lobby.
