« It's a cute and very clean hotel. There's an atrium that all rooms open from. There's a parking garage under the facility with an elevator to all floors. The location is great. It's a couple of blocks to the boardwalk and lots of shops and restaurants within a few blocks. The downside is that you can hear people in adjoining rooms. Other than that it's a great place to stay. »

« I have stayed at several hotels in Rehoboth Beach over the years. Decided to give this hotel a try. I will not visit again. There are no amenities offered. The hotel is outdated. The only plus is the room was oceanfront. I requested late check out upon check in, and this was not documented. I confirmed late check out the morning of check out, and was told it was not documented, and not possible. « This choice of hotel was last minute and I booked it in the parking lot using the Expedia app. This hotel is a good place to stay if you are on a budget. Rooms are not bad, bed ok, a/c a little noisy but overall-it got the job done. Easy check-in with Expedia and fast check out, plenty of free parking. »
