The Space:

Step inside and you’ll find a bright, comfortable space designed for easy living. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and all the comforts of home, with convenient counter seating for two—perfect for morning coffee or casual bites. Just beyond, a cozy dining area with seating for four invites you to gather for meals or plan your day’s adventures. The living room offers a welcoming place to unwind, complete with a sofa and ottoman, two additional chairs, cable TV, and a decorative fireplace that adds a touch of warmth. Sliding doors lead you out to a screened-in porch overlooking a tranquil pond, where you can relax with a drink, enjoy the coastal breeze, and take in the peaceful surroundings that make this getaway so special.



This home comfortably sleeps 6 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.



Bedroom #1 includes a queen size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo.



Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed, a TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower.

This home is located within beautiful Rehoboth Beach, a family-friendly coastal town that offers everything from waterfront dining to an iconic boardwalk lined with restaurants, shops, hotels, and amusements. Rehoboth Beach, Poodle Beach, and Dewey Beach can all be accessed in a quick 5-minute drive. In addition to the beach and boardwalk, the city offers a variety of other attractions. There are several museums, including the Rehoboth Beach Museum and the Delaware Seashore State Park Museum, as well as several art galleries including the Rehoboth Art League and the CAMP Rehoboth Gallery.
