„No smoking room that definitely smelled of smoke. Bedspread had a burn hole. Burn marks on the tub and furniture. Pillows well worn out and terrible. No chairs other than the table side chairs. Furniture was in poor condition. Mattress was terrible. Tub had dark stains. Shower curtain had a large dirty stain on it. Back of the building was not well maintained.“

„I would recommend Crosswinds Rehoboth if you’re looking for a safe, family-friendly motel in a convenient location close to the beach. The location was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. That said, for the price, I expected a better experience. Since the property uses self check-in, our check-in took over an hour because the electronic door lock had a dead battery. When the maintenance person arrived, he realized he needed to leave to get replacement batteries, which made the delay ...

„Room was clean and pool was pleasant but the property is dirty and worn out. Carpets were stained and nasty. The whole place needs a total overhaul. Breakfast was only bagels,toast cereal and juice etc. pretty bland.“

„So I needed a one night cheap hotel as a stop on a road trip. Clearly the area is expensive; this was the cheapest option. It became apparent why. Entering was vaguely dirty- hair and debris mopped along the edges of the bathroom floor, hair in the shower, everything worn and old. Stayed there one night and got out by 6 am because: pretty gross. Would pay up an extra hundred to stay somewhere cleaner and newer.“
