At check in the Apple Pay system didn’t work and I was forced to use another card that made it challenging for me. I spent a half hour in the phone with the bank and there was no issue with my account. I was able to buy food with the same Apple Pay card system just a half hour later. Apple Pay is safer in protecting from fraud so using my physical card was not okay for my comfort.
The to go breakfast was in a cramped room. The food was not good. The fruit wasn’t fresh. The selections were very poor in quality.
The pool is just the size of a few tubs. Even too small for one person to “swim”. Also, the “indoor”!pool only has outside access so if it’s cold outside (which it was while I was there), you are going to be wet and freezing going back to your room. It really shouldn’t be called an “indoor” pool.
I requested a room closer to a view of the shoreline, but wasn’t told that there’d be a significant charge and when I got there I was surprised. The room had double beds, one was a cot style (not told to me beforehand), so one was low to the ground and the other was standard. Definitely uncomfortable to sleep on. But the room was significantly smaller than a room with two beds should be. I weigh 133 pounds and I was squeezing to get to bed, to microwave food and move about. Maybe a fire hazard.
The bathroom tub is hard to get into. It iso high up to climb in and it had no safety handle bar to get in and out. I’m 5’ 1” so getting in & out of tub was hard!
