„Compared to other hotels in Scarborough this one is a good choice. A friendly and professional welcome, a nice view, a large room. The downsides are the room is directly situated above the bar & garden which has customers drinking, laughing and yelling till midnight. Food is ok, but not great. The friendly receptionist is also a very good escalation manager and took the parking fee off the bill to make up for the noise.“

„Had a very nice stay here. It is the first time we stayed. We had a larger room. It was very clean & newly decorated, such a bonus. For the price it was excellent, would recommend it. Staff were friendly. It was a good location for the town. Meals available, we did not use the these facilities, so carn't comment. We would stay here again. “

„For context. Stayed here after a Paul Weller concert. The hotel decided the appropriate price for a small double room the night should be £259.01 (excluding breakfast). I get that they were maximising their opportunity but....at best this is a £100-£125 per night hotel. Don't know when the stair wells, corridors and bedrooms were last decorated ( 20 years ago?) - probably the same time as the stair carpets were properly cleaned to remove stains. On check in found our bathroom had not been ...

„Horrific! Never Again - Filthy, Run-Down and Rude Staff We booked this hotel for a very special occasion - a wedding - and it turned out to be the biggest mistake of our trip. The moment we walked into the room, we were hit with a musty, dusty smell that made it hard to breathe. The bathroom was filthy, with visible rust and mold. „it's a great location, with a marvelous view. right on the sea front, only a few minutes walk from the city centre. check in procedure was fast but very friendly. should have booked parking, but that was my fault. what i like are decent showers, with plenty of water pressure, which often is a real issue in hotels around the uk, no disappointment either. i had a great easter break, thank YOU !“
