« Very small but very charming! Definitely do not recommend for more than 2 people, as there's minimum privacy when doing your business! Your roommate will hear everything LOL. A pleasant surprise was that since the time the property photos were made, the futon chair has been replaced with a small loveseat with a pull out cushion mattress. Shower and toilet worked great. Easy drive to Tybee and very close to grocery stores and shopping. Would definitely return! »

« Great property for 2 people. Since it's the 2nd floor the AC unit had a really hard time keeping the space cool during our stay in July. There are ceiling fans in the main living areas (bedroom and kitchen/living area). Also, don't bring Keurig coffee pods. Bring coffee grounds, or your own Keurig too. »

« I liked the keyless entry, extra bedding for the sofa, a variety of good cookware and kitchen appliances, some spices in the cabinets, comfortable beds, adjustable hand-held and overhead waterfall shower head with a seat in the shower. I didn’t like that there were not enough towel bars inside the bathroom for four bath towels or hand towels to dry and we had to buy a pan scrubber to clean the pans, and there was not a shorter than 2 hour wash cycle on the washer. « For me it’s the little things that counted in this stay away from home. Hooks on the patio to hang wet swim suits, a hook rack behind the bathroom door for towels and toilet bag (a first), a drip and Keurig coffee maker, plenty of properly placed lights and ceiling fans. The large things that counted were spacious rooms, comfortable mattress and a VERY SHORT walk to the beach. We were very pleased with our comfortable stay in Tybee Island. We would return. »
