« The property was exactly as the photos show. Very nicely remodeled. Convenient location. Easy to access the main road around the island from the condo. There is no immediate access to the beach, but there are access paths a short walk away. The views are stunning. Our only complaint would be that the air conditioner unit in the bedroom is noisy. There are ceiling fans and the ocean breeze is delightful. »

« The view from the balcony is really incredible! Go sit on the balcony for hours to look at the view and relax! In the condo it is very hot, since the air conditioning is only in the room, the air does not circulate well throughout the location. « Location of the condo could not have been better, we were 20-30 minutes from everything we wanted to do except for Waimea Canyon. The beach at sunrise was majestic and the pool in the afternoon after morning adventures was the perfect way to wind down the day. The condo w/ 2 master suites was perfect for two couples traveling that wanted private space with a central living area to play games or watch movies. Will 100% be reaching out to come back to this property in the future. »

« Owner is high maintenance regarding requests for the unit with relatively low hospitality. The unit had dirty floors and when contacted, he was primarily dismissive. Other areas of the unit were clean. Would recommend bringing shoes to wear around the unit, as also suggested by the owner when we contacted them. The unit had the basics and was accurate to the description, but the beach equipment was old and there weren’t beach towels, just extra bath towels. Many requests to not use the air...

« Our second time staying at Daniel’s place and we hope to be back again someday! The unit has everything you need and is the perfect little oasis on the N Shore. The view and birds on the lanai are always my favorite part!The bed is comfy and the apartment was clean. Daniel answered quickly via text when we had questions and made sure we were all set. « The unit itself was clean and well stocked - just your basic 1 BR condo. But the pool area was nice and not ever crowded and the location was convenient to everything. I liked being able to walk to the shops and to the beach. We had one question and the owners answered promptly. All in all a very nice home base for your trip. »

« Great property located close to Coconut market place. The listing does say it has a Gym but it does not have one on property or near by. Not a big deal but it should be corrected. We did not realize that it didn’t have air conditioning and that is normally a must have when we go to the islands. However there is good cross ventilation from the windows front to back and it turned out to be sufficient. Overall we were very pleased with our choice and highly recommended this unit. 4/23/26 to 5/3/26 »
