« We really enjoyed our weekend here. Quiet and secluded, but still very close to Grand Marais. A path just outside accesses a whole network of trails, we hiked to Pincushion Mountain. And the SHT connects here as well if you want to go further. The furnishings are simple in a very nice way; a folding table with two folding chairs, an electric kettle and a mini fridge are great for morning coffee or simple meals. « The cabin was perfect for our stay in Ely. The check in process was very easy and communications from the host were excellent and timely. The cabin was clean upon arrival. The kitchenette allowed us to easily have breakfast / smaller meals. Beds were comfortable. Will definitely stay here again the next time we visit Ely. »
