The property is in a beautiful location. The condo we stayed in was very cold and there seemed to be an insulation problem in the entry way. There was a heater in each bedroom but the bathroom was freezing. The condo was a bit dated but had a great view of the lake.

Thank you to the staff who checked us in. She was very accommodating as we had a dog with us. He's our family and she treated him as such. Room was very clean, smells clean and bed was comfortable. Will definitely keep staying here when visiting Lutsen.
