« Location was perfect for beach access. Close to bars and grocery store. Decks on the front and back of unit were great. Grill was a perk as there is market across the bridge that had fresh fish and shrimp. Parking space with unit was key - room for two cars. Unit was clean and provided linens and some supplies. Kitchen had necessary items for a few days but lacked some everyday items and essentials for grilling. Unit is dated and could use maintenance inside and out. Host was very responsive...

« Quiet neighborhood that's a convenient drive to everything. Perfect location for visiting UNCW. One block off the river to sea bike path, bike to campus in 15 minutes. Also, a couple of good restaurants within walking distance and Reggie's 42nd Street music venue. We're very grateful to find a place that allows big dogs. And a plug for K9 Resort, a ten-minute drive from the house for a pet free day. »

« Beautiful house/property. Lots of space and great layout. Wish we had more time to hang out in backyard and enjoy zen. »

« The house was clean and quiet: something I worry about with a duplex arrangement. The location is good: walking distance to the beach and a few restaurants. The only real negative is there is essentially no outdoor living space. Outdoor living space is limited to 2 chairs on the front porch. For 300 a night (fees included), I would have expected more. »
