« Location , facilities etc all great communication with host not so much and it created uncertainty about the check in times and process as I had no access to any information despite calls and messages - my flight arrived late and was not sure what time check in times were available. As a woman traveling alone at night in South Africa this is not acceptable »

« The hotel was clean and comfortable. A beautiful place to stay. The only problem we had was the noisy environment. We couldn't sleep the whole night because of the noise from other apartments,partying all night. »
