« Nous avions réservé le logement pour y passer une nuit. Le matin même du jour du la location, nous avons reçu un mail comme quoi finalement il n’y avait pas de possibilité d’y passer la nuit. Honteux, le paiement a été retiré du compte et nous avons du trouver une solution de secours pour notre nuit. Nous espérons vivement que le montant sera remboursé dans les plus bref délai. »

« Spartanskt hotell, ger inget mervärde utan vill man bara ha en säng för en natt utan större anspråk funkar det. Mycket otillgängligt uppför hög backe så har man mycket bagage/väskor som ska bäras ej att rekommendera, funkar med ryggsäck. Vi kom med bil och hade fått anvisning att denna gick att parkera på ett grannhotells parkering. Fanns ingen ledig plats där så fick mycket besvärligt parkera bilen intill St Josefs entré, fick ej rekommendabelt. »

« The automated check in procedure is a mess. The hotline in case there are issues was not available. Could not even leave a message. This hotel has two different buildings. And two different lock boxes for the keys. Only one is mentioned in the greeting email. Absolutely mindbogglingly stupid. If it were not for a lady working in the nearby restaurant I would have stood in the rain even longer. The room while clean and decent was very small and lacked even a stool. »

« Plutôt une grande bâtisse ancienne qu’un hôtel mais avec du charme et des personnes fort sympathique Extérieur côté Rhin moins sympa que ce que l’on s’imaginait mais juste à 2 km une belle découverte monheim sur le Rhin belle petite ville !!! »
