Annual Family Trip

We’ve stayed at many VRBOs, and this one has been our favorite. It was perfect for our family—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed. From games and movies to kitchen supplies, extra blankets, and towels, every detail was taken care of.We spent each evening on the deck playing cornhole and enjoying the time together after a day of adventures.Communication was smooth, the home was spotless, and the whole experience was easy and enjoyable. We’d come back in a heartbeat. Thank you for helping make our family vacation so memorable.

Awesome!

We rented the property for our 45th wedding anniversary on June 9, 2025. We included our 3 grown children, 1 daughter-in-law and our 6 year old granddaughter. The property was in the most perfect setting with gorgeous views of the snow capped mountains, was very secluded, but in a neighborhood, 5-7 minutes to Ouray. I mean it was perfect for our needs.

Amazing Property for Large Group

Amazing home with awesome views!

The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more! We had a lot of fun with all the games that were provided. The views from the home were amazing. We even did a hike in the back along the creek. We were very impressed with the huge bedrooms and lots of living space for our entire family! They were very accommodating and even let us have an early check in time which was so appreciated!

Mountain Vacation

The home was perfect for our group. Very clean. Furniture setup was great. TVs in every room. Deck was huge; we were out there every day. Kitchen could use a few larger frying pans and an extra spatula. Would love to book this home again!

Spacious and Clean

The outside patio was the most enjoyable thing about this home, and I don’t want to forget the views! The location was great! Only thing I would complain about was needing to run clothes through 2 cycles in the dryer for them to be dry. Such an amazing home! I would stay here again.

This place has spectacular views!!

Besides my husband and I there were 3 other couples with us on our vacation. We came up to jeep the trails in the area and this place did not disappoint. The description and pictures do not do this place justice. Our group has been vacationing for years together and usually stay in homes and this place was gorgeous! We have all decided this was the best place we've ever stayed in. The only problem we had was my husband started having knee trouble just before we came and the steps were a challenge as well as the was no walk-in shower. The master bathroom did have grab bars at the toilet and the garden tub. We will be back again and will stay here again!

Great house for family or friends.

The house was comfortable. Plenty of room for our 6 adults, a 9 year old and a baby. Plenty of Towels, dishes etc. close To Ouray and Ridgway. Deck is very big. We brought games but there were games there. A bobcat came around a couple times. And something knocked at the sliding door downstairs twice early in the morning. Too tired to investigate. We would recommend staying Here.

Amazing stay in Ridgway

Great place near Ouray

This home is very spacious, and was very clean. Wonderful views from the deck, especially at night when the stars came out. Being able to use the garage was a huge benefit. Property management was very easy to work with. I didn’t cook in the kitchen but it seemed well appointed. We would definitely stay here again!

Did it again

Second time staying at this property, and this time we brought more friends. Everyone loved it! The bedrooms are HUGE, the place is clean, and the deck is AMAZING. The beds are very comfortable. We usually made breakfast and dinner at the house and had everything we needed to make meals. Spent most of the time when we were at the house on the deck. And this year we found the nightlight! Yay! Another perfect stay.

Great stay!

This property is just far enough out of town to give you the wilderness experience but close enough to run in to Ouray (pronounced “your. way”) for a pleasant soak in the hot springs or dinner.

Privacy and Beautiful views!

Perfect house with lots of space and privacy. The views from the deck are amazing! House was clean and well furnished. Plenty of towels, extra bedding, and even found some toys in the closet for our little ones. Property management was responsive and helpful. The house description specifically the room layout was a bit confusing. There is only one bedroom with a bathroom connected. I was under the impression the house had 2 rooms like this. It is a good multi-family home but the downstairs only has one bathroom and it’s really small. The property listing could be a bit more clearer on this. Overall good house and property and would stay again!

Heart of Ouray

Everything was great. The front and rear screen doors need some repair, but location, cleanliness and amenities were excellent. Parking was not an issue even though it is on main street.

Great Location

Property was very nice. We wanted something in the Ouray area with enough rooms for our group and a great outdoor space. This property met all of these objectives. Secluded enough to feel private, and only a short drive from both Ouray and Ridgeway. The drive to Montrose is very quick as well for any big box store needs.
