Newly renovated 42.5 m² two-room apartment in Āgenskalns, near the popular Kalnciema Quarter – the Old Town is 20–30 minutes on foot. Separate bedroom with a king-size bed plus a sofa bed in the living room for up to 4 guests. Fully equipped kitchen with oven, washing machine, TV and Wi-Fi. Limited free parking (not guaranteed). Complimentary coffee and tea.

The space
The apartment has been recently renovated and is ready for couples, friends, business travellers and families with kids.

Living room: fully equipped kitchen, dining table and a sofa that converts into a bed for two.

Bedroom: king-size bed with blackout shades.

Kitchen: stove, oven, fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle and baking sheet. Coffee, tea and sugar are provided free of charge.

Bathroom: shower and washing machine.

Also included: TV, Wi-Fi and a laptop-friendly workspace.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the entire apartment. Self check-in – simple and precise instructions are sent before arrival. Free street parking nearby is limited and not guaranteed.

The neighbourhood
The apartment is in Āgenskalns, one of Riga`s most loved districts on the left bank of the Daugava, close to the popular Kalnciema Quarter and Melnsila iela – part of a unique wooden-architecture heritage area. Restaurants, cafés and shops line Kalnciema iela, which leads you to the Old Town (about 2.5 km, 20–30 minutes on foot).

Getting around
Public transport: the nearest stop is Melnsila iela – buses 22 (airport), 32, 35, 43, 53, 322, 336 and trolleybuses 5, 9, 12, 25, plus minibus 270 from 13. janvāra iela. Trains to Jūrmala run from the nearby station.

On foot: the Old Town is a 20–30 minute walk across the river.

Taxi: Bolt works everywhere in Riga.

Parking: limited free street parking nearby (not guaranteed).

Good to know
House rules in short: no smoking in the apartment or anywhere in the building (200 EUR penalty); please take off your shoes indoors; no parties or outside visitors without prior approval; pets are not allowed.

Security: there is a Ring doorbell camera (video) outside the apartment, at the entrance door – it covers only the entrance/common area. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
Please follow a few simple rules, during your stay:
· Do not smoke in the flat, halls, and building territory. There is a penalty for smoking in a flat and building territory of 200 EUR.
· Take off your shoes, when entering the flat.
· Pets are not allowed.
· No parties, no outside visitors without previous approval from your host.
· If you break or damage something, you should let us know and arrange for its replacement or repair.

Parking: no private parking. Street parking around the building is free (spaces can be limited) – please follow the street signs.
