„This is a great accommodation. Room is spacious, comfortable and updated. Our room was above the Bistro which was great for a glass of wine at the end of the day and coffee and breakfast in the morning. Visit the Brolio Castle for great valley views. Wine tasting at Ricasoli is excellent. Everyone we dealt with were friendly and helpful. Finally Osteria Brolio the on site restaurant is worth trying good food well prepared. Overall very positive experience highly recommend you visit and stay.“

„Laut Info war Check- in ab 15h. Als ich um 18:15 dort ankam, war niemand vor Ort und es gab keine Information außer einer Telefonnummer. Ich habe zunächst versucht, über die Nachbarn herauszufinden, wo der Betreiber des Hotels ist. Insgesamt hat es mit warten ca. 30 Minuten gedauert, was nach einer langen Anfahrt mit dem Auto sehr unangenehm ist. Es gab keine Entschuldigung, wenn auch der Herr an der Rezeption freundlich war. Das Bett quietschte und die Matratze war ziemlich durchgelegen. ...

„Zimmer war schief/nicht eben, Bett war dementsprechend schief, Matratze hatte Mulden, in denen man versinkt. Checkin war sehr schnell, aber in Ordnung. Frühstück war gegenüber im Restaurant. Auswahl und Qualität war super und die Frühstückskellnerin war entzückend und sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. “

„Insgesamt ein guter Aufenthalt - Inhaber und Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück überraschend gut. Bett bequem. Etwas nervig war, dass die nächsten kostenfreien Parkplätze ca. 15 Min. zu Fuß an einer Hauptstraße liegen. Aber gut, dafür übernachtet man ja mitten im Zentrum. Wir würden wieder kommen 👍“
