« Came out for a little fasting and self reflection. This was the perfect location. I loved the fact that there was no TV to distract me. Just me and nature. « We came here over spring break with the family. Our kids rage from 6-13 years old and they all loved it. Watching the sunsets by the fire was our favorite part. The house is old but clean and has almost everything you need from cups to condiments. As mentioned in other reviews, there is nothing to sit on outside (and nothing from the house you could use) so bring some camp chairs. We didn’t have room, otherwise we would have brought some. It also wouldn’t hurt to bring your own pillows/blankets....

« Our son was getting married in Cleburne and we wanted a place large enough for my family including my parents, sister’s family, and aunt’s family. This place is ideal for gatherings and we loved the large kitchen/ living area just to kick back and chat. Everyone was able to get ready with ease.
