« Air conditioning was uncomfortably noisy. »

« Hot tub didn’t work, pool was cloudy and cold, breakfast was 45 minutes late on the first day. The elevator was making odd noises. Parking was good. Room was clean. »

« I didn't stay because the room was horrible had bags of trash in the middle of the bed no sheets was on the bed so they transferred me to another room it had bugs big holes in the comforter from smoke it smell like marijuana and I explain to the manager that I had my 1-year-old grandbaby with me and I tried to cancel they did not want to allow me to cancel but I thank God for Expedia for counseling that reservation and they said I will be reimbursed would not be charged for that that stay...
