« Pros. Place was good, situated in a quiet forest area. Nice staff and clean room. Lovely setup.
Cons: The restaurant was a disappointment, why put dishes on the menu that the chef has no idea of how to make? Less is more. Went to moksha cafe in town and ate i instead »

« Overall stay in Surya Vilas was good supported by good weather and climate. The last 2 kms of the approach road to hotel is very challenging and needs improvement.
The quality of food was OK though on some occasion, Chef Takchand and Staff Aarati served delicious food. Mr. Bhajan in reception has provided local inputs and nearby market and attractions.
Can be rated as 4 Star. »

« Considering this is a 4-star property, I expected much better. The room and lobby was not cleaned properly, and the quality of the wooden fittings, especially the doors, was quite poor. The food was decent, but overall the experience fell well below the standards I expected from a 4-star hotel. »

« Had a great vacation at this resort with my family. The service was amazing. The staff was very helpful and served us well, especially at the dining hall. The food was really good, served hot, right amount of spice and a good variety on the menu. The only suggestion, would be to include more sweet dishes. The breakfast buffet was exceptional, a good variety of north and south indian options. The archery and gun shooting activity was a nice touch, although not very well maintained it was a fun...
