« We liked the area. We walked around and felt safe. Also the security system of the hotel. Concerning the room, we were disappointed to find that there was only 3 beds for 6 adults and 2 children. »

Le condo a besoin d'un important rafraichissement pour la peinture. The patio door curtain is dirty, a la cuisine il y a seulement un verre a vin ?, de plus the drinking plastic glasses are obsolete. La salle de bain, le rideau de douche est rouille a la partie supérieur et le pourtour du bain est a refaire !!! Regards. »

« Perfect for a vacation to South Beach. Location is 5 , place was charming/very clean, just as promised on the description. Hosts were communicative from booking all the way through. Highly recommend. »

« We had a wonderful time! The view is amazing. We watched the sunrise every morning from the bed . The kitchenette was great even for our month long stay we were able to cook small meals from time to time. We had plenty of storage for our belongings. The FREE valet parking was also a plus. It was amazing the host was quick to respond to all of our needs and we had a wonderful time at the beach! The bar is great also, you can buy fruity cocktail served in a pineapple . We may go back next...

« Beautiful place. My family and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway to kick off Christmas vacation. Very cozy, and the views from the balcony were breathtaking and relaxing. « The apartment met or exceeded all our expectations. The location in the iconic Carlyle Hotel put us in the heart of South Beach and the apartment itself was well stocked, nicely decorated, and surprisingly quiet considering its Ocean Boulevard address. The municipal parking lot directly across the street was super convenient. Fran provided detailed instructions for access to the apartment as well as a useful guide to nearby attractions. We’d definitely rent the unit again and we’ve already...
